At Emira Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized jewelry
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
